STEPANAKERT. - Members of “Karabakh-France” friendship circle attended a candlelight vigil in Stepanakert in memory of the victims of Paris attacks.
Karabakh Parliament Speaker Ashot Ghoulian, PM Arayik Harutyunyan, Chief of Staff Marat Musayelyan, MPs, ministers, as well as representatives of state and public institutions and citizens laid flowers at the monument “Eternity” symbolizing the friendship between the two nations, Karabakh parliament press-service reports.
