YEREVAN. - Stem cell laboratory and Center of Bone Marrow Transplantation will open in Yeolyan Heamatology Center in Yerevan, Armenia’s Minister of Healthcare Armen Muradyan said today in the parliament.  

In 2016, it is planned to complete the restoration of the main building and the construction of a new one for the functional diagnostic center. The aforementioned center and laboratory will be placed there.

According to the Minister, overall, $4,7 mln will be allocated from foreign grant programs for this purpose. Another $150,000 will be allocated for the preparation of the center specialists, he said.
