US Secretary of State John Kerry recorded that there still are unresolved “frozen” conflicts, including the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Kerry recalled that the Georgian, Moldovan, Armenian and Azerbaijani conflicts remain unresolved.
In his words, more effort is needed to resolve these conflicts.
