The situation in the sphere of prolonged conflicts continues to deteriorate. Lithuanian FM Linas Linkevičius said the aforementioned at the OSCE Ministerial Council today, as reported by Armenian News – NEWS.am special correspondent from Belgrade.
According to him, the wounds of the “frozen conflicts” in Georgia, Moldova and Nagorno-Karabakh can again start bleeding and have a potential of a new outburst.
