Live broadcasting of the OSCE Ministerial Council suddenly broke off during the speech of the Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian, as reported by Armenian News – NEWS.am special correspondent from Belgrade.

Before this, Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov delivered a speech at the meeting, addressing a number of pretensions and accusations to the Armenian side.

As a result of the odd coincidence of the “technical issues,” the press was deprived of the possibility to hear the standpoint of the Armenian side. The organizers haven’t yet given any explanation on the incident.
