YEREVAN. – The Government of Armenia is going to introduce a complete institution of moral damages.
The draft on respective amendments to the Civil Code was approved at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting.
According to Minister of Justice Arpine Hovhannisyan, the list of the rights that compensate for moral damages was previously incomplete.
Now, several other rights will be added to this list.
And the amount of compensation will reach European standards.
