Dialogue cannot be “frozen” given the existing “frozen conflicts,” the OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier told the journalists in the framework of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Belgrade. 

According to him, the security issue in Europe has become more important for the OSCE, as reported by Armenian News – NEWS.am special correspondent. Mr Zannier also noted that deep controversies have emerged in Europe, and they need a solution.

“We are dealing with crises, “frozen conflicts,” and I think we shouldn’t freeze them, he said.
