The frozen dead body of a man was found Tuesday morning on a street in Gyumri city of the Shirak Province in Armenia. 

The man lived in one of the nearby shacks. 

We have learned about the aforesaid from the Facebook account of president Vahan Tumasyan of the “Shirak Center” NGO.

Tumasyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am that this man was probably drunk, since there was a half-empty bottle of vodka next to him.

According to the NGO chief, the man was between 55 and 60 years old.
