Round table attended by famous Armenia public figures took place in Kiev today.

The event was initiated by the activists of the “Armenians of Ukraine” Civil Platform and the Committee on Historical and Cultural Heritage Affairs of the “Union of Armenians of Ukraine” (UAU).

The participants of the round table were the famous representatives of the Armenian Diaspora, specifically experts Oleg Sahakyan and Tigran Grigoryan, public figures Ashot Arushanov, Armina Mikhaylova, Grigori Abrahamyan, Laura Hovakimyan, Honored Artist of Ukraine Susanna Chakhoyan, video controller Karen Mesropyan, famous fashion designer Hayk Avanesyan, producer Anatoliy Kalantaryan,  publisher Lusine Badalyan, journalists Yelena Rodina, Yervand Yervandyan and Varduhi Avanesyan, Analitikaua reports.

During the round-table discussion, number of issues on Armenian Diaspora, its role, possibilities and prospects were discussed. Different opinions were expressed on finding ways to more close cooperation between the public representatives and the UAU.
