Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed the law on ratification of the cooperation agreement regarding the creation of an integrated currency market of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
This document was signed in December 2012 in the Turkmenistan capital city of Ashgabat, and between six of the eleven countries of the CIS, including Armenia.
The objective of this agreement is to create conditions for the resident banks of participating countries toward equal and mutually beneficial participation in conversion operations, reported Gazeta.ru news site of Russia.
