YEREVAN. - Permanent representative of Armenia to the Council of Europe (CoE), Armen Papikyan, has been elected head of CoE’s Rapporteur Group on Programme, Budget and Administration. He will head the group for two years starting from 1 January 2016.

The 47 Ambassadors of the CoE Committee of Ministers unanimously approved the candidacy of Papikyan.

The Group is one of the key authorities in the structure of the CoE Committee of Ministers, where the program priorities, budgets, financial reports, personnel and other issues on administrative management are discussed.
