Supporters of Armenia’s Syunik province governor Surik Khachatryan burnt the jack-straw with the photo of Armenia’s opposition “Heritage” party MP Zaruhi Postanjyan in the city of Kapan, as reported by Radio Liberty.  

The jack-straw was burnt after the rally of the “New Armenia” Public Salvation Front struggling against the constitutional amendments.

The fury of Khachatryan’s supporters was sparked by the statements of Zaruhi Postanjyan that “Syunik has no governor.”
