STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR, or Artsakh), Bako Sahakyan, on Thursday signed decrees on awarding.

Accordingly, honorary member of the “Pyunik” All-Armenian Fund for Human Resources Development, philanthropist Kapriel Chemberjian, and chairman of the Fund’s Board of Trustees, Doctor of the Historical Sciences, Professor Levon Sargsyan, are awarded with the Mesrop Mashtots Order, and in recognition of their substantial philanthropic activities carried out in the NKR.

Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned the aforesaid from the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.

To note, Levon Sargsyan is the brother of Serzh Sargsyan, the President of Armenia.
