YEREVAN. - Armenia parliament should create a temporary commission on discussing the effectiveness of foreign loans. Leader of “Prosperous Armenia” party faction Naira Zohrabyan said the aforementioned in the parliament today.

“Loans are dissipated under the mask of foreign consultations and other nonsense. Hence, the complete distrust of the public and opposition political forces. Of course, all loans are borrowed for state purposes: road construction, reservoir restoration, etc. But these programs are stalled and loans are borrowed for them. And there’s no end to this,” she said.
