French FM Laurent Fabius today stated that the period of visa issuance will be reduced for Armenian citizens. Thus, tourist visa will be issued in two days.

According to Fabius, the procedure of issuing tourist visa will take 48 hours for Armenian, Georgian, Turkish, Vietnamese and Indonesian citizens, Radio Liberty reports, citing  France-Presse.

The main target of the acceleration of visa issuance is the Chinese tourists. In 2014, 1,5 million Chinese tourists visited France. Laurent Fabius said that the Chinese citizens can get tourist visa in one day.
