YEREVAN. – Armenian PM Hovik Abrahamyan chaired the subsequent session of the Export Promotion Council, which took place in the Government today.
A number of issues related to supporting companies with export potential through additional mechanisms and tools were discussed.
An exchange of opinions took place with this regard. It was noted that the Government aims to contribute to the increase of the economic entities’ production capabilities and growth in export volumes.
Afterwards, a number of export promotion applications from different companies were presented to the Council.
The PM attached importance to the close work with the Armenian Economy Ministry and cooperation with each company which submitted an application. He also noted that, the corresponding decisions should be taken as soon as possible on the basis of discussions.
