Representatives from the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) and the Ministry of Energy of Russia have agreed to set up an expert group with respect to creating a single stock exchange space within the energy sector of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).   

Press service of the EEC, which is the executive body of the EAEU, informed the aforementioned.

During a working meeting, the Member of the Board - Minister in charge of Energy and Infrastructure of the EEC, Danil Ibrayev, and the Russian Minister of Energy, Alexander Novak, discussed topical matters in the energy sector

EAEU comprises Armenia, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.
