YEREVAN. - Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan today received Israeli Deputy Speaker of Knesset Tali Ploskov, who is also the Chairman of the Armenia-Israel Friendship Group.

At the meeting, the Deputy FM briefed the Israeli official on the situation resulted from the Azerbaijani aggression in the zone of Karabakh conflict.

The sides also discussed the Armenian-Israeli relations, Armenian MFA press-service reports. Besides, they considered a wide scope of issues on the Armenian-Israeli agenda, stressing the important role of the parliamentary diplomacy in stimulating bilateral relations.
