Belgian Interior Minister Jan Jambon accused Muslims of celebrating terrorist attacks in Brussels on March 22, Gazeta reported.
In an interview with De Standaard, Jambon claimed that a significant number of Belgian Muslims were dancing when attacks took place. In addition, many of them threw stones and bottles at police and press during the arrest of Salah Abdeslam.
Similar statements were made during the meeting discussing the failure of the policy of integration of migrants in Belgium. The Interior Minister of the country said that the danger linked to the radicalisation of youth from third and fourth generation families was too deeply rooted in some areas because Brussels had ignored the warning signs for many years .
“Underneath is a cancer that is much more difficult to treat. We can do it, but it won't be overnight,” Jambon said.
