The citizenships of Germany and the Scandinavian countries are considered the most appealing in terms of social, economic and political benefits, according to the Quality of Nationality Index (QNI) by Henley & Partners, and which was publicized on Thursday.

Experts classified 182 citizenships according to various indicators, and from 2011 to 2015, reported the BBC Russian Service.

According to its organizers, however, QNI shows that economic prosperity does not necessarily provide the best conditions for the citizens of a given country.

Armenia is 110th, Azerbaijan is 107th, and Georgia is 103rd in this index, in terms of citizenship appeal.

Germany, on the other hand, is in first place, whereas the Democratic Republic of the Congo is last in the Quality of Nationality Index.
