YEREVAN. - The export from Armenia to Iraq grows 30-40 percent annually, Armenian Deputy Minister of Economy Garegin Melkonyan said in the parliament Thursday, introducing the draft Armenian-Iraqi interstate agreement on mutual protection of investments.

The commodity turnover between Armenia and Iraq constituted already $132 million in 2015. Notably, the export from Armenia makes up $130 million out of this amount. Mainly manufactured goods are exported, the export constantly growing, he added.

Cigarettes appeared to be among the overwhelming majority of exported goods from Armenia ($126,2 mln).
