The first participant of the bloody shootings was detained in Almaty, NUR.KZ reported.

In the video, a man is lying on the pavement tied up in the presence of the police.

It should be noted that shooting took place near the building of the Interior Ministry of Kazakhstan's financial capital Almaty. According to the Internet  users, “an unknown person wearing black was shooting with a machine gun at police, trying to stop [their] car, and then ran in the eastern direction.”
