YEREVAN. - There is a possibility that the U.S. will recognize the Armenian Genocide, member of the House of Representatives Jim Costa told Armenian News – NEWS.am.

In his words, the Congressmen continue to gain additional support in this issue. “I was very moved when I came here on Wednesday to visit the Memorial to the Genocide and lay a flower at the eternal flame. And as I noted in my comments, my University in Fresno State is the only is the only University in America that has a quite impressive memorial to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, the first Genocide of the 20th century. We will continue to introduce the resolution in the House of Representatives and I do believe that at some point of time that’ll be successful,” Costa stressed.
