YEREVAN. – Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian touched upon the recent developments over seizure of police regiment during his meeting with Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili in Tbilisi.

Speaking about the situation, Minister Nalbandian said “it was possible to achieve a peaceful settlement thanks to reserved, patient and balanced approach as well as right decisions by the Armenian authorities.”

In turn, Georgian Prime Minister expressed deep concern over the developments and condoled with the Armenian authorities over two victims. He said Georgia welcomes settlement of the situation by peaceful means.
