YEREVAN. - The charges brought against Arthur Sargsyan, the person who delivered food to Sasna Tsrer armed group during their stay in the Erebuni police station seized by them, has been re-qualified, his attorney Arayik Papikyan told Armenian News – NEWS.am.
According to him, Artur Sukiasyan is now charged with assisting Sasna Tsrer group, however he was not able to inform other details. Papikyan also noted that the preventive measure in the form of arrest may be changed with regard to his client.
On July 23, Artur Sargsyan broke through the police cordon near the seized police station by his car which was loaded with food supplies for Sasna Tsrer group.
Earlier, Artur Sukiasyan faced the same charges as the other members of Sasna Tsrer (seizure of buildings, hostage-taking and illegal possessions of weapons).
