President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev will travel to Turkey for talks with the county’s leadership.

During the official visit, he is expected to meet with Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan to discus expanding of strategic cooperation as well as situation in Syria and the fight against terrorism.

 According to Milliyet newspaper, the leaders will touch upon suppression of the actions of Gulen movement, TASS reported.

Ankara believes that preacher Fethullah Gulen stands behind plotting a coup in Turkey on July 15-16.
