YEREVAN. – By stating—during his talk Wednesday in Kremlin with Russian President Vladimir Putin—that it is very important that the agreements reached on the Karabakh conflict are implemented, President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan meant the agreements that were reached in Vienna in May, Ashot Hovakimian, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, told RFE/RL Armenian service.

“It was about those agreements that have been reached during the meetings in Vienna[, Austria], and Saint Petersburg[, Russia],” noted the Armenian deputy FM. “The President said very clearly that it is about the trilateral, termless ceasefire agreements of the [19]94-[19]95; the second, about the investigation mechanism; and the third, about the expansion of capacity of the team of the Personal Representative to the [OSCE] Chairperson-in-Office.”
