YEREVAN. - The Defense Minister of Belarus Andrei Ravkov paid an official visit to Armenia on Wednesday.

The official welcome ceremony took place in the building of the Armenian Defense Ministry. It was then followed by the meeting between the Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan and his Belarusian counterpart, as well as a meeting in an extended format, the Defense Ministry press-service reports.

The meeting addressed issues related to cooperation and participation of the Armenian and Belarusian subdivisions in operative and tactical preparation events in bilateral and multilateral formats.

The process of implementing the agreements reached earlier was also discussed.
