The motion of the injured Sasna Tsrer member Eduard Grigoryan to reconsider the preventive measure has been declined, said his lawyer Yervand Varosyan  to the NEWS.am. Varosyan submitted a motion to reconsider the detention of his client or to release him on bail.   Eduard Grigoryan was arrested in accordance with accusations of Article 218 part 3, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code (for taking a hostage) and article 235 part 3 (for illegally purchasing weapons and ammunition, selling, storing, and transporting)  .
