Armenia supported and supports the territorial integrity of Georgia, its position in this regard remains unchanged, and the rest are just political speculations, Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili on Saturday told reporters.

He noted this commenting on the information that, allegedly, President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan had met with the leader of Abkhazia.

In Kvirikashvili’s words, Armenia’s ambassador to Georgia has stated that no meeting, especially official talks, were conducted.

“Armenia is our important partner, neighbor, friendship state,” Giorgi Kvirikashvili stressed, reported Gruzia Online news agency of Georgia. “And there is no risk in this area.”
