STEPANAKERT. – The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Foreign Minister, Karen Mirzoyan, on Saturday received a delegation comprising members of the Belgian Federal and Brussels’ Regional Parliaments.

The guests have arrived in Artsakh at the initiative of the European Armenian Federation for Justice and Democracy (EAFJD).

Mirzoyan briefed the delegation members on the main directions and priorities of the NKR foreign policy, the Artsakh republic Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.  

Speaking about the democratic development and state-building process in Artsakh, the FM stressed that there is no alternative to the independence of the NKR.

The current situation in the process of achieving a peaceful settlement to the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict was also discussed.
