Turkey cannot fully implement the agreement on readmission with the EU, if the EU does not withdraw the visa regime, announced the Turkey's EU Affairs Minister Omer Celik, reports the RIA Novosti. "Until there is no liberalization from visa regime, we cannot talk about the full implementation of the readmission agreement," said the Turkish minister to the journalists after the meeting with foreign ministers of the EU countries.
