Moscow is seriously concerned about North Korea's nuclear test, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in response to a question on Friday, Sputnik News reported.
According to him, the UN Security Council resolution should be carried out strictly. He said he intends to discuss the situation around the nuclear tests in North Korea with the head of the Japanese Foreign Ministry.
