Ararat Khandoyan, who was arrested on charges of participating in mass disorders, today stops the hunger strike, told his attorney Ara Gharagyozian to the NEWS.am. According to him the attorneys have urged Khandoyan to stop the hunger strike, since it was not an effective way of fighting . In addition , Khandoyan has serious health problems. He still has 12  bullet fragments  in this body  from the Artsakh war, and the hunger strike could seriously affect his health condition. 

Ararat Khandoyan was complaining about the prosecution held against him. The preliminary investigation of his case is over . Ararat Khandoyan is the brother of the Sasna Tserer group member Arayik Khandoyan.
