The Syrian leadership has approved the agreement reached between the U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Russia FM Sergey Lavrov regarding the agreement to cease fire in the country’s territory, the Syrian state agency SANA reports.
It is noted that the aforementioned decision was adopted to ensure humanitarian aid.
In accordance with the agreement reached by the representatives of the sides, the military actions in Syria must cease on September 12.
