The talks between Moscow and Minsk on the gas price proved useless, Belarus Counselor to Russia Yuri Yaroshevich said, RIA Novosti reports.
“The talks, which were attended by Deputy Minister of Belarus Vladimir Semashko and his Russian counterpart Arkady Dvorkovich, proved futile. They were unable to agree”, Yaroshevich said.
Earlier, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko had instructed Semashko to agree with Moscow on the gas price during two days.
