On September 16, at the EU summit, the Central European countries - Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary - will make a joint statement. Their main goal is to insure security of Bulgaria, the necessity of which arose due to the migration crisis at the border with Turkey, said Janos Lazar, the head of the staff of the Hungarian Prime Minister. According to him, the future of Europe will be resolved on the Turkish-Bulgarian border, writes Reuters .
" The V4 countries will probably take a joint stance in Bratislava ... and are expected to make joint proposals," he said at a press conference .
According to Janos, all the discussions at the summit will be focused on strengthening the legitimacy of the European nations. He also added that the Visegrad quartet considers it necessary to create a European army and strengthen the Frontex.
