It is already 2 months that 35 -year-old resident of Charentsavan Sergey Hakobyan has been in detention on charges of assisting the Sasna Tserer  group. According to the attorney of Hakobyan, he “neither knows anyone of the group members, nor is engaged in politics ."

" In the address book of one of the members of Sasna Tserer , there was Sergey’s telephone number. Someone dialed all the numbers, including the telephone number of Sergey. He picked up the phone and said that it was a wrong number. The conversation lasted 6 seconds only.  Next day, the police arrested him,” said Sergey’s defense Tigran Hayrapetyan to the NEWS.am. 

As Tigran Hayrapetyan informs, according to indictment Sergey Hakobyan had planned to perform certain operations, but did not manage, since he was arrested. 

Sergey Hakobyan is a sculptor. He is married and has two children .
