YEREVAN. - The rally in support of the Sasna Tsrer group has ended in Yerevan’s Liberty Square.

The rally was followed by a march along the central streets of the city, Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent reports.

“We have gathered to show solidarity with Sasna Tsrer. Now we will hold a march to show our unity. We won’t confine ourselves to this,” Hayazn Party member Armen Hovhannisyan noted.

The demonstrators will march from the Mashtots Avenue to Sayat Nova and Abovyan streets, and then return to the LibertySquare by Mashtots Avenue.  

Similar rallies and marches are held in 14 cities of the world today.
