The US Vice President Joe Biden has accepted that there exist serious disagreements with the EU concerning sanctions against Russia. According to him, there are at least five European countries that want to get out of sanctions against Russia, reports the Voice of America . " We know that if they give an excuse to the EU, there are at least five countries right now that want to say ‘We want out’,” of sanctions against Moscow ," said Biden , speaking at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York.
