Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan criticized the EU for the fact that his country hasn't fully received means under the migratory agreement yet.

Speaking at the Conference on Science and Technology in Ankara Erdogan said that the EU promised to send 3 billion euros but they received only 179 million euros. He noted that instead of promised money they were accepting new refugees. He added that the EU promised, but did not hold its words.
Erdogan said that anyway, they will continue to accept people fleeing from exploding bombs, RIA Novosti reported.

Heads of states and governments of EU Member States agreed on the joint plan for fight against migratory crisis with Turkey in the middle of March.
 It provides, in particular, returning to Turkey of all illegal immigrants who have arrived to Greece from the Turkish territory and reception of legal Syrian migrants by the EU from Turkey on the principle of "one for one".

Within these arrangements in May the European Commission suggested European Parliament and the EU Council to lift visa limits for citizens of Turkey if Ankara has satisfied the remaining conditions for visa abolition until the end of June. In turn, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan threatened the EU with an exit from the migratory agreement if the EU doesn't provide a visa-free regime to citizens of his country.
