YEREVAN. - Member of Sasna Tsrer armed group Armen Lambaryan underwent a leg operation in Yerevan’s Erebouni hospital on September 27. Afterwards, he was able walk with the help of doctors.

Erebouni hospital director, Mikayel Manukyan, said the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am Monday.

He also noted that Lambaryan may be taken to Prisoners’ Hospital in a few days.

“He walked with our help. Now he’s very well and is recovering. We may discharge him in a few days,”Manukyan noted.

Lambaryan faces charges under Article 235.3 ( Illegal procurement, transportation or carrying of weapons, ammunition, explosives or explosive device) and 219.3 (1) (Occupation of buildings, facilities, means of transportation or communication) of the Armenian Criminal Code.
