Russia has vetoed the resolution on establishing a cease-fire regime in Aleppo, which had been introduced by France at the UN Security Council, reports the RIA Novosti. The document received 11 votes in favor, 2 votes against; 2 permanent members of the UN Security Council used their right to veto. The resolution envisages to establish a cease-fire in Syria and create a no-fly zone.
