STEPANAKERT. – The adversary violated the ceasefire along the line of contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani opposing forces more than 75 times, from late Monday night to early Tuesday morning.

During this time the Azerbaijani armed forces fired around 1,300 shots toward the Armenian position-holders, and by way of various caliber weapons, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Defense Army informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

In addition, the adversary fired seven shells from mortars on the NKR Defense Army combat positions that are located in northerly and northeasterly directions, and one shell from a grenade launcher, in a northerly direction of the line of contact.

But the NKR Defense Army vanguard units are in command of the operational and tactical situation, and they continue confidently carrying out their military watch.
