YEREVAN. – The American dollar’s (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 486.5/$1 in Armenia on Tuesday; this is up by AMD 0.27 from Monday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 521.09 (up by AMD 1.02), that of one British pound was AMD 604.62 (down by AMD 4.53), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 8.11 (remained unchanged).

In addition, one gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 267.47, AMD 18,656.99 and AMD 15,312.87, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no trading on Tuesday.
