YEREVAN. – The American dollar’s (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 486.36/$1 in Armenia on Wednesday; this is up by AMD 0.29 from the previous business day in the country, Armenian News- NEWS.am reported quoting the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 517.78 (up by AMD 0.27), that of one British pound was AMD 607.85 (up by AMD 6.78), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 8.18 (remained the same).

In addition, one gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 275.21 AMD 19,248.94 and AMD 15,746.29, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no foreign currency trading on Tuesday.
