Mesrob Movsisyan, President of the Meltex Company, which runs the A1+ TV Company, is going to sue the RA TV and Radio Commission for calling him a “swindler.” NEWS.am reminds readers that Chairman of the TV and Radio Commission Grigor Amalyan stated that the package submitted by the A1+ TV Company contained forged documents from the companies that promised financial aid. Movsisyan called the recent contest held by the Commission a “show.”
The documents in question were furnished by HOBBINGTON MANEGEMENT LIMITED (Great Britain) and ROGESTON LOGISTICS LTD (Belize), both of which promised funds for technical re-equipment to the company. However, according to the TV and Radio Commission, the documents were false.
“I am concerned over the fact that the Commission found faults with the companies that showed their goodwill to me. I may have been confused and accepted their propositions. It will not remain unanswered. Both the sides – the Commission and the two companies – will be held responsible,” Movsisyan said.
The Meltex Company requested copies of the financing inquiries the A1+ TV Company sent to the aforementioned companies from the Commission.
