US President Donald Trump did not ask Pentagon to consider reducing the number of US troops in South Korea, U.S. National Security Adviser John Bolton said on Friday.
“The New York Times story is utter nonsense. The President has not asked the Pentagon to provide options for reducing American forces stationed in South Korea,” Reuters reported quoting Bolton.
The New York Times reported on Thursday that Donald Trump orders Pentagon to consider reducing the number of troops in South Korea.
