Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree appointing Ara Hakobyan Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to India with concurrent accreditation to Malaysia (residence- New Delhi).
Under another presidential decree, Ashot Kocharyan was removed of the post of Armenian Ambassador to Malaysia, presidential press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
