Armenia may follow the lead of Tunis, Egypt and other Arab countries as bad example is catching, sociologist says.

Talking to the journalists, head of the Armenian Sociological Association Gevorg Poghosyan stressed that ongoing destructive processes in Armenia are fraught with similar consequences as in the mentioned states.

Moreover, sociologist considers Armenia may be among the states that will go through self-dissolution in 21 century. “Many countries not capable to survive from political and economic viewpoints in 21 century will have to dissolve themselves and join international unions. Unfortunately, negative tendencies in Armenia show the country may be among these countries,” he said adding that destructive processes in all fields will definitely affect results of the forthcoming elections.
